At Funify, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Each offer on our platform has its own refund terms, clearly displayed before you book.
We offer three types of refund policies: Full Refund (100% of the booking amount is returned if cancelled within the deadline), Partial Refund (a specified percentage of the booking amount is returned if cancelled within the deadline), and No Refund (the booking is non-refundable once confirmed). The specific refund policy for each offer is clearly shown on the offer detail page before you complete your booking.
Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation deadline set for each offer. This is typically expressed in hours before the departure date. For example, a 48-hour deadline means you must cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure to be eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, navigate to your booking details in your account dashboard and click the 'Request Refund' button. You will need to provide a reason for the cancellation. Our system will automatically validate your request against the offer's refund policy and process eligible refunds.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated and again when it has been completed.
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions), we may offer additional flexibility beyond the standard refund policy. Group bookings may have different terms as specified at the time of booking. Promotional or heavily discounted offers may have restricted refund terms.
If you believe your refund request was incorrectly denied, you can submit a support ticket through our Help Center. Our team will review your case within 48 hours and respond with a resolution.
